Cookies, affiliate attribution and site-storage disclosures
USA EN Lotto’s current static HTML build does not deliberately set first-party marketing cookies through its own page scripts. That is not a claim about cookies added by the production host, CDN, affiliate link intermediary or destination website.
What the supplied static pages do
Basic HTML, stylesheets and local image requests form the publisher’s static content. The batch does not ship an advertising tag manager, embedded ad network or a custom visitor-tracking script. A deployed site still needs a browser/network audit for provider-injected cookies.
Affiliate and external-party links
Sponsored referral URLs can use click IDs, redirects, server-side attribution or cookies on destination domains after you choose to follow them. Their technologies are controlled by third parties, and their current policies should be reviewed separately.
Cookie controls and retention
Browser settings can block or delete cookies, although this may disrupt external services. Cookie categories, purposes, legal basis and retention periods must be inventoried against the live host and affiliates before legal publication.
Changes to this notice
Any subsequent analytics or consent-management installation should trigger a substantive update to the inventory and the privacy notice. A genuine publisher contact channel must be included after verification.
